    Troll Pohnpei or Yap?

    Hi all,
after 1 month of thinking, planning, dreaming...I have received the estimate from my Italian tour operator for 3 weeks in Palau, Yap and Pohnpei...it's too high!! they said it's due to internal flight (connecting flight in Micronesia costs 1500€!!!). So, my final decision is to cut Yap or Pohnpei. what do u think? I love dive with Manta, sharks and pelagic...I also know that Pohnpei is a good place to relax and do other sports...
please help me in this hard decision....

we went to yap about 16months ago and really liked it. we went specifically for the mantas and wasnt disappointed it and once you get bored with the mantas you start diving further south for other smaller fishlife

i really enjoyed yap but to be honest if i was to do it again (due to cost and the travel getting there) i would spend more time in palau or go to pohnpei or truk than just yap alone. i have no complaints about yap at all, just that there is so much more to see in micronesia

sorry if i dont help in making your decision!!

    goodluck

Wow!!! what an impossible question to answer because all islands are fantastic and no matter what you pick it will not be a mistake. I lived out there for three years and dove all the islands. All I can say is pick one and don't look back because you made the right choice. I know its hard to believe but its true.

I know this might not help but dive safe and have fun!!!
