I am interested in diving in the Tuamotus in January/February 2013. Of course, I would prefer to dive there in around September seeing as though I would be able to head south to the Austral Islands and have the chance to see the humpback whales. That remains to be determined.
I have come across several web pages speaking of the Aqutiki II catamaran-based dive tours in the Tuamotus and, although I have been able to get some information regarding their itineraries, there doesn't seem to be an official page for their operation. More importantly, nowhere have I found any information on their prices.
Does anyone here have any information that might be of interest?
I've been on (not sailed) two Eluethera 60s, they are nice yachts. I saw this boat in FP looks like it would be quite comfortable/capable for their itinerary. Not sure they will have AC on full time at night, if that's a consideration. Should be a nice intimate, relaxing dive trip. Post up a report if you go.
