Is it true? Continental only flies to Yap once a week?

Not sure if we are too late, but my husband and I were planning a trip to Yap and Palau for May/June. We would be traveling from Newark. We were thinking we'd spend a few days on Yap and 10-14 days in Palau. Is it true that Continental only flies in and out of Yap once a week? We REALLY want to see mantas. ANY travel info or advice would be appreciated! Thanks

Thanks. I see that there are flights from Guam to Yap on Tues and Saturdays. Couldn't find info on flights from Yap to Palau.

We did that trip in March. Guam to Yap, spend 4 days, then the early morning flight to Palau on Sunday morning. Four days in enough in Yap.

You have a fairly good chance of seeing Manta rays in Palau but I think the surest bet is the Big Island night dive.
The race does not always go to the swift, nor the fight to the strong, but it's a good way to bet
