Yes TS&M and with a motorhome in winter or camping in summer we have many ways to get in a lot of diving, b&b are fine for the out of stater.
Another thing for this trip is go to craigslist in seattle and look at vacation rentals, then plug in what ttown your by for each nights stay, I have stayed on the water and dove out front of it for as little as $80 before in the winter.
That's a great tour, VooDooGasMan! And if you want to throw in some boat diving on Hood Canal, I've always enjoyed Don Coleman's boat at PacAdventures in Brinnon, WA. Lots of shore diving opportunities there, of course, as well.
