Jerry Vierra, who was my long time dive buddy, passed away on St Patricks Day of 2008. Jerry and I dove together many of times in the South Pacific to the islands of Truk & Yap and once in Cozumel. Jerry's favorite place to dive though was on Catalina Island on Memorial Day weekend with our good buddy Ron Parker. Everybody who met Jerry couldn't help but like him. He had one of those smiles and personalities that just won people over. He will be sorely missed.

As I didn't know your friend, I am sorry for your loss. It is rough to loose a friend. I have lost a few. Think of it this way from now on each time you sink under the wake you still have your friend under there enjoying it with you.
