As you all have heard, there was a tragedy for all of the dive community yesterday. Mid-day Saturday, a fellow diver lost his life on the USS Oriskany. Prayers and condolences for the family, friends and loved ones in sorrow.
If there is any lesson to be learned from this it is that life is a precious commodity. Life is made easily and taken away the same. The short lives we all live should not be taken for granted. Live to the fullest. Find what you love and do it. May we all be lucky to pass doing what we love.
Today, a memorial was placed on the Oriskany in memory of Tim. May he never be forgotten. Let this serve as a reminder of the kindred spirit to all of us. Any friend of the sea is a friend to thee.
...For whatever we lose (like a you or a me), it's always ourselves we find in the sea -E.E.Cummings

Very well said we all need to keep his family in our prayers.
