Only got the news about the accident today and i'm still shocked...
My deepest condolences to the families of Steve and Tin.
I finished my dives and had to leave Subic for work; they just boarded the boat for there ,now last, dive.
When i said 'by' to Steve, he replied "Remember, the worst day diving is better than the best day at work!".
That is how i will remember him!
Such a tragic information. I knew Steve from some dives an training in Subic, always jocking with some interesting sentence like "the visibility will be as far as you can see" or "the worst day in diving is still better than the best day at work" and more than serious and careful about diving and procedures. A model that change my view of diving. I still can't realize.
