Phillipines Update: Anyone dive it lately?

Has anyone dove the Phillppines since the oil spill? I am wondering how the diving is being affected there?

I'm going back to the PI next week for the third time this year. There are so many places to dive there that the spill area will not affect any of the best diving.

I was wondering why I hadn't heard anything on the news here.
Dr. Bill: I once had a 6-pack but now I have a full keg... well, maybe just a pony!
Dr. Bill: Not THAT kind of doctor... but I'll take a look at it anyway!
