    I echo the comments about doing as many night or dusk dives as you can! I loved the night dive at "Giant Clams" - not much reef or soft corals but a veritable treat of critters in the open sand...

    nice set of pics! one of the reasons that makes me want to go back to PG is the night dive in sabang! (...both in and off the water, that is)

    I wasn't much closer than a foot away I guess... I have a healthy respect for those things.. but when I find one, the colours are so gorgeous I can't help but try to take a photo.

    I love those frogfish expressions, thats why I went for the portrait type shot above.

    I can't think how to describe them, but isn't there something intrinsically comical about it?!

    On a dive in Cabilao, one of my strobes died towards the end of a dive and this is the effect: -
