we have been diving here in the Philippines for almost 2 months in pg,palawan, malapascua, & Moaboal. It has been great! We will go to APO island next week then we would like to take a trip somewhere relatively close for a week to 10 days. We are interested in Palau, sipidan, Sulawesi or any other places with great diving. Does anyone have a suggestion? And do you know how to find the cheapest flights to these places? I am having trouble figuring it out. We will be leaving from dumaguete city around august 5 and need to return by the 16th. If we could get delicious food and manta rays on our trip, that would be
great. We may dive in Bohol and camiguin when we return. Thanks for any advice and info you can offer!
I'd probably try to get over to Sipidan. Or definitely Palau if you have the money to spend. Don't know too much on cheap flights to both places though, but there have been past threads on the topic.
Glad you're enjoying the Philippines. Definitely try make it to Bohol when you get back - it's a place to go to not only for the diving.
you could try finding some flights on air asia or tiger airlines. but they both fly out of clark. as for palau, the only way is to fly to guam and then connect from there. good luck and glad to hear you're having fun over here.
