I have not been to the shop for many years.

From what I have heard recently:
    PRO'S: Professionally Run
CON'S: Pricey, located on Mactan. but they make trips to Bohol.

Did my AOW there last year. The poster above has it pretty much spot on. The outfit is very professionally run, Mactan Diving is so-so. It's located at the Shangri-La, which is a very nice hotel, so the the prices tend to be a bit higher than elsewhere.

Yes, i dove with Scotty's in december. It is the most expensive of any operator in the area. It is very professionally run shop. Agree that the diving is "so-so" and add that it is boring. Oh! be ready for the dynamite charges to start to go off (at northern tip of island) like clock work at 4pm when all the dive boats head back to resorts. There are much better places to dive in the Philippines like Dumagetti (not far away from Cebu)
