transportation between Batangas and Malasc.

I've been searching the forums for where to go diving in the Philipines over the Christmas break. I've decided to try Balayan Bay and Malapascua. We will probably fly into Manila and go to Balayan Bay first, then spend some time at Malapascua. I'm having trouble finding transportation options between the two locations. Are there flights, ferry, roads? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm not real familiar with the Philipines and am I'm still figuring out locations and names.

Pretty much the only feasible way to get from Batangas area to Malapascua is by flying to Cebu from Manila.

From Cebu you can get a private transport or public options...these were discussed in one of the other threads here recently if you search for Malapascua.

Balayan bay is where Anilao id located. Thats near Batangas which is 3 hours drive south of Manila. This is in Luzon Island

malaspacua is located 2-3 hours drive North of Cebu. Cebu is a separate Island . Flight from Manila to Cebu is One hour
