hi maam violet if your planning to dive northern mindanao definitely go to surigao.. 50mins away from the dive shop is benit san ricardo southern leyte, 3days ago my fellow diver was diving with 3 gentle giants ( whaleshark ) and if your into corals then the punta bilar house reef is highly recommended... 3days of diving in surigao isn't enough though.. please visit surigao dive club in facebook..
