I wanted to get some feedback if there are any dive operators in Coron who can fill oxygen bottles for a rebreather? My buddy dives a Titan and may want to take it to Coron, Palawan.

Yes, check out Discovery Divers Coron or Discovery Divers at Puerto Del Sol Busuanga. They are rebreather friendly, offering O2 fills and sofnalime for rebreathers. They dive rebreathers and should be confident to assist.
