Tiny little earth quake in Cebu.

A little off topic But

at around 4:45am I was just sitting down to do some email and I felt my desk moving... I have experienced several earthquakes before and based on past experience this must have been either a tiny one or the epicenter was very far away. But either way that was the first one I have felt here in Cebu during the 4 years I've been here..
