I'm a Fish!
Researching the diving around Subic Bay, it seems like it leans more towards the wreck and technical side. Are there reefs available as well in the area? Also, does anyone have any info on the Crystal Shores Beach Resort? I have an opportunity to stay there for free for a visit, but wondered if i would be better off going elsewhere for better diving conditions?
