The local fishermen should know about the regulation so I will release the fish first.
I wonder if the fisherman would complaint about his trap being destroyed in no-take area?

They are surely going after the school of Jacks in the area. I think they'll pick it up (raise it and hook it to the boat) night time using hookah divers.

i saw a bigger version of one of those in Coconut Point in Apo Island a few years back.

we just dived twin rocks and the barge last Friday, I didn't see these traps. Where are they located?
