Best time to visit Tubbataha?

Hi,

I’m planning to go on a liveaboard to Tubbataha in 2014. What time during the diveable season (March to June) is it actually the best time to go, in terms of marine life and weather conditions? Is the best time in the middle of the season or later into the season? Or is it actually about the same throughout the whole season?

If I am going to Tubattaha I would only consider mid Apr to mid May. June is always too late for good weather.
Talking about weather, no one can be certain about it.
