Thank you Princeton Tec

I had a Princeton dive light that I bought around 93.
Well, the switch came off so I emailed them about it.
They told me to send it in and they would see what they could do with it.
Today I got a brand new Tec 400!!

Thanks for the great customer service and great warranty service

I had a similar experience with a failed part I called looking too buy. Before I knew it they were asking if they could have my address so they could send one out at no charge. I like giving business to suppliers like that! It's good to hear that my experience was not the exception.
