I had a Princeton dive light that I bought around 93.
Well, the switch came off so I emailed them about it.
They told me to send it in and they would see what they could do with it.
Today I got a brand new Tec 400!!
Thanks for the great customer service and great warranty service
I had a similar experience with a failed part I called looking too buy. Before I knew it they were asking if they could have my address so they could send one out at no charge. I like giving business to suppliers like that! It's good to hear that my experience was not the exception.
We're glad that we could help with any and all of your customer service needs. Please do not hesitate to contact Princeton Tec if you have any further questions.
