1) It must be requested by a rep of the manufacturer. They must be a registered user here on ScubaBoard (it's free!), just PM me to do this.
2) It is reviewed often by the manufacturer's rep(s). Twice weekly should be the minimum.
3) ScubaBoard's TOS (Terms of Service) still apply, except that you may shamelessly promote your products on your private forum.
4) You must indicate at least ONE user to be a moderator for your forum. You may have as many as you wish.
