Browned bc, possibly dye it?

Ive been thinking about dying my bc since it is currently browned from sun and salt. certain dyes you have to keep water at a certain heat which im afraid could mess up the velcro and possibly the integrity of the nylon. im thinking about pulling the blader and all the removable stuff and spray dying it. My dad used it on a nylon belt he used for policing but the dye staind his white shirts so i was going to rinse it quite a bit in warm water before using it. didnt know if there was any recommendations. the BC is a Zeagle Night Runner

I dunno about dying but I'd just keep it as is unless it was affecting performance or it was really an eyesore, then I'd just replace it.
