    difference between lion fish and cobra fish ?

    Hello,

    can some one explain me what is the difference between a lion fish and a cobra fish? how can I difference them?

    One difference is that I've never heard of any fish called "cobra fish" Where have you heard that name?

    If you google for images of "Pesce cobra" I believe you'll find it's the italian word for lionfish.

    Maybe the OP is looking for the difference between Pterois volitans and Pterois miles, which according to Wikipedia are often confused.
