Poseidon first stages

I have a "3950" first stage on my Cyklon 5000 and a "3960" first stage on my Jetstream.

What is the difference between these first stages?

The difference is only 1 o-ring in the one and not in the other.
And it can be swithced back and forth.

The problem i have seen with it is that the o-ring comes in the service kit, the same kit for both. Un edumicated techs put that o-ring in every reg they work in. (must not want to have anything left over) The jetstreems won't work right with that o ring in the first stage.

I think it is needed to alow for the higher ip seting on the cyklons. (I think)(ask the sweeds that made it)
