I think there is a fitting that will go from a regular hose to convert it to a quick disconnect? Any suggestions where to look?

thanx

The following places will either have it or know where to get it; divegearexpress.com....northeastscubasupply.com...or DRIS......

Piranha dive gear has a lot of fittings and very good service and pricing... Piranha Dive Mfg.

Are looking to use it on a regulator hose? If so how's it working out?

I've been thinking about doing just that so I can remove the octo reg for solo diving with my IDs and reattach it for buddy diving quick and easy without tools. I haven't seen this done and didn't find anything on a search. Besides another failure point can anyone think of any down sides to doing this? I'm looking at this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Low-Pressur...660?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2c75fca91c
