The only other information which would be nice too would be the IP. At the least for comparison and the ability to mix and match 2nd stages.

sorry mistake, I made an assumption after discovering one 1/2 LP port, actually its as follows:

Number of 3/8" LP ports: 3
Number of 1/2" LP ports: 1
Number of 7/16" HP ports: 2

Diaphragm regulators

I think the majority of diaphragm regulators are environmenttally sealed. You may want to evaluate your chart.
