    POS & Student Software

Was wondering if anyone would care to share their experiences of the Retail POS software and or their student tracking software they may use in the dive businesses. The pro's & con's of it, what you like dislike about them, what you would expect of the software as well. I'm at a point of frustration with the current software I am using and kinda wanted to get a feel for how others in the industry felt about their software as well.

I'm usingScubaware. The frustration part is that issues you find and they acknowledge within the 30 day guarantee never gets fixed, or even worked on for that matter, just promises to sway you from returning the product then requests to pay an exorbant support plan.

With Eve, do you have total access to your data?

    Thanks for your reply.

    Express Software by AJV

I use Express Software by AJV Corporation and find it to be almost frustration free. It allows you to use multiple types of invoices (in my case, retail and online) and has every detailed feature I could ever want. Al Viges, the developer, is constantly providing updates to the program and is very good about fixing bugs when they occur. If you want to discusss it more with me, please feel free to give me a call. Thanks.
