Can anyone tell me where to go look for someone to fabricate a plastic housing for a Garmin GPS V handheld unit? I know, GPS doesn't work underwater, but I have an idea. Any help would be appreciated.
Can't answer your question, Steve, but you just caused me to have an epiphany.
While the GPS won't work UNDER water, it will work ON TOP of the water.
Put it in a water proof case that is slightly positive, tow it along with you, when you find what you want, take up the slack from the reel line, bring it directly over head, pull it down and record the coordinates!!!
