    Hi, Welcome to Scubaboard.
    I use jet OB engines in rapids. Any suggestions for a boot protector to prevent damage to the intake from the pounding they take from rocks?

    as i live in florida, we don't really see these problems...we have more of a rusting problem and the prop sucking oysters and such up into the unit...but i am thinking about this and will post my idea in a bit.
