I got the p90x,,never really got going,I just wanted to lose about 30 lbs,I recommend for weight loss,when your at the bookstore sometime read the Abs Diet by David Zinczenko..editor of Mens Health..it's not a diet,but a healthy eating lifestyle.I droppd from 215 to 188 in about 2 and half months and maintain while eating alot..I did lift some and walked alot which helped,,but I got back in my 32's...It is on the line of eating as the P90x,,lots of foods expalined and what they do
