August 29! I weighed and I am now down 19 pounds. That's 3 pounds this week! I had been stalled for quite sometime but I just kept going to workout everyday for 1 to 2 hours, and eating less. Saturday the 30th I go in for my 90 Day Assessment where they measure me and test my cardio and strength. I have added more cardio in the last month and have really gotten to know the Stairmaster. In my gym I finally found the Stairmaster that is under the Air conditioning vent. It's heaven. I am super excited to have lost 3 more pounds, it's been hard this month not to lose anything and workout so much. Everyone keeps telling me just to keep doing it and it will come. They were right. My arms are firmer, my strength is up and my pants are looser. :grouphug2:
