    Achievement!!

Hi guys, i managed to lose 12kg since june. Now my weight is 69kg. Very happy but hoping to reach my target of 65kg.

Cant do much until my knee recovers. Sucks though.

Congrats man. That's a lot of work. Enjoy this moment.

Just a question though.... how did you decide on 65kg? I don't know what kind of a build you have but if I weighed 65kg people would probably think I got sick and I'm not really tall (175cm) or over *overly* muscular (although definitely on the "stout" end of normal in terms of build). In my case I look good in the mid 70's and I can carry it without looking fat into the mid 80's.

Thanks! Yea it wasnt easy. Maintaining it while not doing any exercise is harder.

I decided on the weight because of the BMI. My build you could cateragorise it as lean. But due to my swimming in my younger days my shoulders are very broad so they make me look stout. I'm not tall either (170cm). My muscles aint toned so they also contribute to making me look stout.

I look good from the mid 60's to 70kg.

    BMI: before 28.2
    after 23.9
