I started The South beach Diet in Jan, and as of This week 50 Lbs
Does This make me a candidate for The list. Idont need to lose much more probably 2-5 lbs more but I do have good Recipes & exercises that work towards theone to two lbs a week
I guess I'm getting a late start, but I'd like to join also. I need to lose 35 lbs. Oh well, better late than never. Please add me to the list so I can zip my wetsuit up by myself! Thanks!
