Like so many around the nation and the world, we at DAN find ourselves in a state of reflection as we approach the 10th anniversary of a day that changed our country and its citizens forever. While it seemed impossible on that day to imagine recovering, the last decade has shown our national spirit remains undaunted. For those who make this possible, we thank you. For those remembering loved ones lost 10 years ago, we stand with you. And as we remember those who lost their lives a decade ago as well...
for me....diving this weekend will be a chance to get away from 9/11.
you see....on 9/11/2001 i became a witness, survivor and responder to the attacks in NY.
In short...i live with the memory EVERY SINGLE DAY. So i urge the rest of you to go out and do something good on 9/11 Ten Years Later
I think of that day everyday. It is never far away in my mind. I draw strengh from the stories of the people that survived to tell their stories and from the stories that are known of the people that didn't survive but helped save lives. In my mind there must be some good in an atrocity of this magnitude and I believe the inspiration from those are it at least for me.
The best time of day to dive is after dark. AfterDark

It is a paradoxical truth that tax rates are too high and tax revenues are too low and the soundest way to raise the revenues in the long run is to cut the rates now ... Cutting taxes now is not to incur a budget deficit, but to achieve the more prosperous, expanding economy which can bring a budget surplus."
