Welcome to the team! I hope the pay raise and great vacation terms are all you were expecting.
On a serious note: Thanks for your time and effort to make SB that much better. I think online community "mods" (all levels) can never be praised enough for all that they do. Not sucking up here.. I own & admin a number of non-dive related communities and rare is the member who truly realizes just how much goes into "modding / admin'ing" a community.
