I was reading on the MSD on the SDI website. It says you bring proof of 50 dives, together with c-card showing Advanced and Rescue and you will be rewarded with the MSD certification.

Does SDI recognized Advanced and Rescue from PADI/NAUI? Can a candidate get the SDI MSD showing c-cards from another agency with proof of 50 or more dives? Just curious. Thanks.

According to the SDI Master Diver Standards; an individual must provide proof of four SDI Specialties or the equivalent and proof of SDI Rescue certification or the equivalent. So yes, an individual can provide proof of other agenciies certification to fulfill the requirement.

Oh Wow! So I may already be an SDI MSD and not know it.
