    Hi Sea&Sea!

Is there a zoom ring available for the NEW Sigma 17-70 lens (DC Macro OS HSM), to use with the Sea&Sea DX-D80 housing?

    Thanks, from Brazil!!

    Hello,
We have found a few shooters that have been using the Sigma 17-70 DC Macro with the SEA&SEA zoom gear 56350. The DC Macro HSM shows the same dimensions as the DC Macro but has not yet been tested.

As I said before p/n 56350 DOES NOT EVEN COME CLOSE to fitting the newer 17-70 HSM or HSM OS versions of this lens that are about 78mm. 56350 fits the much older non-HSM lens, that was narrower. The HSM version is much wider at the zoom ring barrel.

Come on guys, get a ruler out.

    Hi Jack-
Yes, we know and did not say it did fit, only that the older version could be used with 56350. Japan is testing the new HSM version and we should hopefully have some info in a few weeks.
