I just got 31119 Zoom Gear for my Canon 18-55 IS II lens and RDX 600D. Whilst the gear lines up with the cogs on the RDX 600D, the cogs don't move in far enough to reach the gear. Have I got the wrong gear for this combination?

You can go to the SEA&SEA website (Sea & Sea USA - Underwater Photography Cameras & Video) and on the right hand side you will find a link for Global Distributor Network. There you can find a distributor near you that can better assist you with this.

Another solution to the problem is going to the SEA&SEA website (Sea & Sea USA - Underwater Photography Cameras & Video), click on Technical Support feature, then click on Product Updates. The second bolded item on the list refers to the issue you are having. You can download a PDF and follow the instructions outlined. I hope this helps.
