I just received my new DC 800, took some pictures and carefully followed the instructions to download to my computer. I cannot get the computer to recognize the removable disc drive no drive f or higher comes up. Any thoughts?

for this and all my digital cameras I use an aux card reader not the camera (camera battery life is just too expensive & a reader is usually significantly faster)
