Excellent movie, thanks for posting, well done to the "Coral Reef Alliance" - www.coral.org/fijisharks and wishing Fiji every success in protection.
Wonder when we can get the same protection around Philippines !
-
Along with protection, we do of course need to see more and more restaurants globally (but especially Asia) getting Fin OFF the menu, and supporting the groups who are trying to do exactly that !
If you get a minute - please go and support this raised by a UK resident - http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/kee...-of-our-diets/ targetting "Michelin" to stop recommending in their global guide books that people eat in China/Macau/HK/Taiwan restaurants where shark fin is served !
We also have a new 'awareness' campaign underway in Taipei, with the larger goal of getting "Fin" off the menu in Taipei, and Taiwan - Log In | Facebook it's bilingual, essentially targetting locals, but if you visit that page, do 'like' or comment on it.
