Recently I've had issues downloading information from my DC to my computer. The Sherwood software installed and USB drivers are all the latest available.

When I go to download the dive information, the USB Interface is found, however when I try to download the information, it either sits there doing trying to do a handshake and times out, or says the product is invalid, even though I choose the right computer (Insight, Metal Buttons). I'm not sure what the problem could be, does anyone have similar issues or a resolution?

I should note that I've used this computer for about 70 dives, and downloaded the dives with no prior issues.

UPDATE: After much wrestling with the DC and computer, I ended up uninstalling/reinstalling the software and drivers, and that seemed to work. The DC and PC now communicate properly. I'm not sure what caused the issue in the first place, and will see if this fixes the problem permanently or if it reappears.
