Greenbo lake Treasure hunt

There is a treasure hunt being held in the new dive area in Greenbo Lake. Greenbo is in north eastern Kentucky. Until now, diving and swimming has been off limits in the lake. The event is scheduled for October 6th, 2012. Prize giveaway and lunch will be held after.

Be one of the first to dive Greenbo. Registration will open soon, and I will update when and how to register.

Ok... The hunt is on for October 6th. It's $60 for divers. And that includes dive, t-shirt,prizes,and a buffet lunch. Non divers are free but they must pay to eat. Registration starts Monday 9/17, and you do that by calling Greenbo Lake State Resort Park (Jessie Stuart) Lodge at (606) 473-7324 or (800) 325-0083.

This is a great dive location 20'+ viz and no current. It's a new dive area and needs all the divers we can get to keep it open.

The registration number has changed. It is now to be done through Greenup county tourism. (606)834-0007. If it changes again, I'm going to quit helping.
