A team of scuba divers in Oakville is making a splash to encourage the public to clean waterfront on April 26th at Coronation Park.
Steve Camacho, Mark Fronczak, and Robert Shannon, residents of Oakville, organized this assembly to ask for support from Oakville residents to help removing debris and other trash found in Lake Ontario and around the shorelines park.
The gathering will promote Project Aware, a group which aims at providing information and education to divers regarding ocean concerns that will encourage them to partake in activities that promote underwater conservation.
