Did anyone get info on a show exhibitor that was show a underwater scuba locater in a yellow box and showed the divers location underwater I lost their info and cannot remember their name please Help.
There was a system that enabled you to find lost divers on the surface. Each diver carried a GPS receiver that transmitted their location back to the yellow box on the boat which then provided a graphical indication for each diver that turned on their remote unit. Each diver had to turn on their unit manually when they got lost.
It's designed for live-aboards and charters - The system comes from Germany - is that the system you are thinking of?
