North Florida Springs Alliance (NFSA) advanced skills workshop

The board of directors and members of the North Florida Springs Alliance (NFSA) are proud to announce the first annual Advanced Diving Skills Workshop. There should be something for everyone, novice divers, technical divers and cave divers alike.

We will offer a rebreather mini-workshop to show you some different rebreathers and how they work + the theory of rebreathers.

Have you ever wanted to learn the skills involved in surveying? We will offer a workshop just for you to get started. This will be an entry level workshop to get you started on your way to creating your own underwater and cave maps.

Anyone want to try and dive a set of double tanks? If you have never dived doubles and would like to give it a try we will have a few sets ready for you to try!

Ever wondered what all those little buggy looking critters in the cave are? Kelly Jessop will conduct a mini-seminar on cave biology and help you learn what these critters are and their roles in cave ecology.

Lamar Hires will conduct a sidemount clinic. If you are considering going sidemount this is an opportunity to see what its all about. If you already sidemount this is an opportunity to learn more tricks of the sidemount trade!

We will be grilling hot dogs and cheeseburgers. We will also be serving chips, dips, cole slaw and sauer kraut for the hot dog connoisseurs. We will have bottled water, diet and non diet soft drinks.
