Hello to all Scubaboard members :-) I hope to have chosen the right place for this topic :-)
We thank Scubaboard for the support with our contest GM Photoes, international photo agency and event organization, has launched the 1 st International Photo Contest "Art of the Image." Part of the proceeds from the contest will be donated to the Italian Association against Leukaemia, Section of Varese, we'll give them 5% of the proceeds, we are also organizing some activities related to the competition in favor of AIL, in particular to local authorities, companies, banks and so on we propose to advertise the contest, simply by posting it on the website or as they prefer, providing a code, which in your case would be "scubaboard", so for each contestant that will indicate that code in the registration form, we'll give other 5 euro to AIL, then the 5% as base plus 5 euros. The contest is sponsored for free by the City of Busto Arsizio and it is distributed internationally, it has already joined most of the country in the world, and we hope it will provide a significant contribution to AIL and with their work to all the people of this world, the main purpose is to help the Department of Hematology, in the Hospital of Varese, Italy, while at the cultural level it will give a large contribution to the Art of Photography. After the contest, we will organize more photographic exhibitions in galleries in several countries. At the end of the contest we'll officially thank all companies and people who helped us and the AIL publishing the list on the site of the event and sending a newsletter to all participants, we also intend to organize a charity lunch by invitation that will be held at the end of the competition and we'll give the funds raised to AIL in that lunch. We hope to hear from you and to have your co-operation, the competition can be viewed at the site www.artedellimmagine.altervista.org There is also a specific theme "The sea" where we hope to see your wonderful photos :-) the prize is one week in a wonderful villa on the sea for 12 persons.

Sorry I forgot to give one information more :-)
Some amateurs and some schools have asked us to help them to join the contest... so we have lowered the fee till hour 24,00 of 25 December 2011 as Christmas gift :-) till that day it is possible to join with three photos paying the fee of two :-)
One information more :-) this week the National Association for Animal Protection (ENPA in Italy) should join the contest, so we'll help also them with the contest fee :-)
