And for the second year enter our Photo Contest

The 2013 Shipwrecks & Technology Photo Contest is a fundraiser for the West Michigan Underwater Preserve. The contest will open on September 1st and closes at 11:50 pm on October 5, 2013. Winners will be announced at the Shipwrecks & Technology Expo on Saturday, October 19, 2013.
Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:

• Shipwrecks
• Underwater
• People
• Landscapes
• Animals

Prizes

The grand prize winner receives $100, and the winning photo will be framed, matted, and returned to the photographer.
First place in each category wins $50.
Second place in each category wins $25.
Third place in each category wins $15.

Prices

Adult admission: $20 pre-registered / $25 at the door
Family of 2 or more (ages 6+): $30 pre-registered / $35 at the door
Child admission (high school and younger): $10 pre-registered / $15 at the door
Children 5 and under: Free

Had a GREAT time here yesterday with my son. The ROV building and shipwreck archaeology were great activities.
Not sure if it was marketed effectively because it was really good but the crowd wasn't as large as I would have expected.
I'm sure all my wreck diving friends (and their families) would have completely enjoyed it. I'm going next year. (I'll post some photos).
