update on my setup and first experiences in sidemount

    Hi all,

setup almost complete, need some tuning with the hoses ( drysuit and bcd) otherwise, seem to be good. i tried it on my pool with a gopro camera sticked on the pool wall just to see if it's seem ok from another point of view.

first test in pool : one of the tank was not trimmed correctly

second pool test: good but need 90 degree on both regulators

third pool test: need re-routing and possible shorter hoses for my bcd and drysuit

note that since i was in a pool i didnt try the drysuit yet.

after some research to find a good instructor or someone who know sidemounts' im really happy to say that i will have help from Etienne Rousseau from Closed system diving

he will be in vacation(july) in quebec if someone want help with sidemount, i will give you is email

Personally (started SM 4 months ago - 30 or so dives), I find it simple enough. After a few dives it became second nature for me.
