Using the upload tool failed. Tried spreadsheet and PDF version, smaller than size limits shown in the upload tool window. Any ideas or limitations I'm unaware of?

Another user has reported an issue via PM to me regarding uploading new avatars. I tried it and encountered a similar problem.
