I tried one of the static 02 tables yesterday, and by about the 5th or 6th set i kept falling asleep about a minute and a half into the breath holds.
I'd wake up with a shock when i started exhaling(and making a funny noise with my throat) still managed to complete the holds, but was a bit weird to fall asleep like that.

Do you guys fall asleep doing these regularly?
Thankfully i was lying on my sofa

Ha, I guess that means you're very relaxed. I have actually done that before if I've had a long tiring day or if my mind isn't actively engaged with something else during the breath-hold. Try watching television or reading- something to keep your mind active. Otherwise the long breath-holds can be a bit boring.

Yeah, i was quite tired, listening to calming music and lying on the sofa with my feet up. Surprised i woke up at all :)
