A bi-valve and a horn worm walk into a bar...

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I saw these two on my dive this morning. The white one is Chlamysdyconcha (sp?)-a bivalve whose mantle cover the entire shell.

You just never know what you will find.

Special thanks to David Behrens for the ID help.

Thank you, Terry!! Cool and lovely pics of organisms I've never seen.

I've often marvelled at pictures you and other photogs have generously posted, and then been thrilled to one day not only SEE that organism, but to also recognize it from your posted images.

You are one of the treasures of SoCal Scubaboard.

Thanks,
Claudette
